Did you know? Niaouli (Melaleuca quinquenervia) is a close relative of Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) and is often used for similar health purposes. The difference is that Tea Tree (composed mainly of monoterpenols and monoterpenes) works to cool and revive, while Niaouli (predominantly 1,8 cineole) works to stimulate. Combined, their synergistic force is superb for immune support - try a couple drops of each in a diffuser or vapor rub next time you feel under the weather.
