About: Basil is sweet, spicy and herbal. Refreshing to mind & spirit, this essential oil is excellent for supporting the respiratory system and healthy stress-response. Soothe digestive upset & intestinal discomfort by massaging with carrier oil into the abdomen. During cold & flu season, apply with carrier oil to the soles of the feet or diffuse in an ultrasonic diffuser.
Blending Recommendations: Bay Leaf Laurel, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Bark, Clove Bud, Coriander Seed, Fennel, Frankincense, Ginger, Helichrysum, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Mandarin, Sweet Orange, Peppermint, Rosemary cineole, Rosemary verbenone, Spanish Sage, Tea Tree, Vetiver, Wintergreen.
Safety Information: No contraindications. Do not use in the first 3 months of pregnancy.
Maximum Adult Dilution: 1.5%; 9 drops per ounce of carrier oil.
